What's a credit?
Credits measure the real AI compute consumed by each request. A quick lookup or short answer is about 1 credit; a medium spec 1–2; a deep codebase analysis or full architecture spec 2–5. An autonomous goal run — where Tekk works a goal end-to-end on its own — uses about 5. The amount scales with the work, not by user or session.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Your work keeps running. Tekk uses a soft limit — requests complete, and overages are billed at $1.50 per credit. You'll get an in-app warning at 80% usage and an email before you go over. No hard walls mid-task.
Can I add credits without upgrading my plan?
Yes. Top-up packs are available in-app anytime: 10 credits for $12, 30 for $37, or 80 for $99. They're billed once and added immediately to your balance.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits do not roll over — they refresh each billing cycle. Top-up pack credits don't expire and carry over until used.
How many seats are included?
Unlimited, on every plan. Add your whole team, contractors, or stakeholders — there's no per-seat charge. Credits are shared across the workspace.
Is there an annual discount?

Can I cancel anytime?
